Every BREAKPOINT product is made in-house by our own team — not outsourced, not mass-produced. When you place an order, the best people in the building get to work on it. That’s our standard, every single time.


Production & Dispatch


95.4% of our orders ship within 48 hours. We’re proud of that.


All production happens under one roof, which means our team can move fast without cutting corners. Every product is printed and crafted to our exacting standards before it leaves our hands.

A few things to know:


Production times may vary by product — check the individual product page for details

We don’t count weekends or public holidays as production days

Orders dispatched after 1pm EST are typically collected by the carrier the following morning

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses in the US

We ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and similar carriers — all with full tracking included.


Tracking


You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.


Your delivery address doesn’t need to match your billing address — great for gifts or making sure someone’s home to receive it.

International Orders & Customs


We ship worldwide. For most countries, customs duties are covered.


If you’re ordering from outside the US, we recommend checking whether a local BREAKPOINT site is available to avoid potential import charges. For orders delivered internationally outside our covered regions, additional customs fees or import duties may apply — these are set by your local government and are outside our control.


Adverse Weather & Carrier Disruptions

We work with multiple carriers to minimise delays during bad weather or strikes. If there’s ever a disruption, we’ll upgrade your delivery where possible. We recommend delivering to a work address if you’re concerned about missing a parcel.
