Refund & Return Policy

Every BREAKPOINT garment is printed and sewn after you place your order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, colour choice, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost, or issue a refund where a replacement isn’t possible.

Sizing

Full size charts are on every product page before you order. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us before ordering and we’ll help you get it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production hasn’t started. After that, the item is already in production and can’t be cancelled.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
