Made to Order — Please Read Before Purchasing
Every BREAKPOINT product is made to order. The moment you place your order, your garment is cut, printed, and sewn specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• ❌ Wrong size selected
• ❌ Change of mind
• ❌ Ordered the wrong item
• ❌ The item does not fit as expected

We urge every customer to carefully review the size guide on each product page before placing your order. Once your order is placed, we immediately begin production and cannot make changes.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections. There are no exceptions, as every garment is produced exclusively for you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
✅ When We Do Accept Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every BREAKPOINT product. We will issue a full refund or replacement in these situations only:
1. Damaged Item — If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
2. Incorrect Item Received — If we sent the wrong product, design, or size due to our error, we’ll send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to Request a Refund
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
