How long does made-to-order take?

Every BREAKPOINT piece is cut and sewn just for you after your order is placed — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 8–15 business days. Once complete, your order ships with tracking, and U.S. transit typically adds 3–7 business days. Plan on roughly 2–3 weeks door to door. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment it's on the way."





Is checkout secure?

Yes — payments run through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major cards accepted.

Return Policy

Every BREAKPOINT shirt and polo is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selections, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will gladly replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate.
